The Commonweal School first opened its doors to students in 1927, and currently teaches over 1300 students. We were approached by The Commonweal School to replace their old and worn bench seating in their cafeteria area.
Due to the amount of students and staff on site, the bench seating had to be built to stand up to constant and heavy use.
An additional factor was the COVID-19 pandemic. This meant the upholstery had to be easy to clean and sanitise.

The bench seating was made to exacting measurements, to ensure that the space was utilised to the best of its ability whilst keeping the comfort of staff and students in mind.
Installed by our specialised team, along side bespoke Herald Dining Tables on a date to suit.
