This item comes with a 1 year structural warranty. This is a high quality, commercial grade Side Chair, which comes in selections of faux leather, fabrics, real leathers and also customers own material (COM). Please call our office for Fabric, Leather and COM.

We do not charge to upholster your chair in custom fabrics, fauxs or leathers, we only charge you what the material costs us, plus a small handling fee; which is included in the total price. If you prefer, you can purchase the material yourself and arrange for it to be delivered to our warehouse.
